This product exhibits high antibody-binding capacity and low non-specific adsorption. With uniform elution conditions, a single purification step can isolate antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples. developed and optimized for antibody purification for high throughput and high volume applications. AmMag? Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads - 2G have a binding capacity of over 35 mg human IgG per 1 mL settled beads. This magbeads has good alkali resistance and allows treatment with 0.1-1 M NaOH.
