CHO-K1/ CLDN18.2 cells are plated at 5E5 cells /well in 100μl PBS in 96-well plate, incubated with concentration gradient of IMAB-362(anti-CLDN18.2 antibody) on ice for 1 hour. Then discard the supernatant and incubated with goat anti-human IgG antibody at 10 μg/ml on ice for 1 hour. Then analyzed on flow cytometer and analysis the mean fluorescence intensity of APC (Mean APC-H) in live cell gate (E1 in Figure 1).
